These terms apply to chriswalker.io and the emails sent from it (together, the "site"). The site is operated by Monthlees ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The site

chriswalker.io publishes Christopher Walker's writing, books, podcast archive and newsletter. Nothing is sold on the site, and it has no user accounts.

Using the content

The text, images, audio, video and other material on the site are owned by Christopher Walker or the people credited, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

  • You may read, share links to, and quote short passages from the site for personal, non-commercial use, with a link back to the source.
  • You may not republish, sell, or reproduce substantial parts of the site, or use it to train or build a commercial product, without written permission.
  • Historical material (older books, the Road To Ripped archive) is presented as it was published, for the record. Current updates are marked as such.
  • Material from other people is credited, and their rights stay with them.

When you subscribe, we send the emails you chose, as described in the privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: do not break the law through it, interfere with its operation, try to get around its security, submit other people's email addresses, or scrape it in a way that harms it.

The site links to other websites, including monthlees.com, the store of Monthlees, the company Christopher Walker founded that also operates this site. Purchases there are covered by the Monthlees terms of service. We are not responsible for websites we do not operate; their own terms and policies apply.
