Christopher Walker
I'm Christopher Walker, an entrepreneur, author, and founder of Monthlees.

Why I started
My work starts with a question: how can we better understand the body and use that knowledge to improve everyday life?
That question has shaped my books, podcasts, research, and the companies I've built. I write about nutrition, metabolism, hormones, and human performance, with a focus on making complex ideas easier to understand and useful in practice.
Today, I'm building Monthlees and its approach to adaptive supplementation, while working on my next book, The Nutrient Code. This site brings together what I'm writing, what I've learned, and what I'm building next.

Christopher Walker is an entrepreneur, author, and founder of Monthlees. His work explores nutrition, metabolism, human performance, and better systems for living.
Christopher Walker is an entrepreneur, author, and founder of Monthlees. He studied neuroscience at Duke University, where a pituitary tumour in his late teens turned him toward the biology of hormones and metabolism. He has written about nutrition, metabolism and men's health ever since, in books including The Thermo Diet, Master Your T and The THOR Program, and he co-hosted the Road To Ripped podcast with Greg O'Gallagher. Today his work centers on adaptive supplementation through Monthlees, research for his next book, The Nutrient Code, and making complex health topics easier to understand and put into practice.

Christopher Walker is an entrepreneur, author, and founder of Monthlees. His work explores nutrition, metabolism, hormones and human performance, and how to turn what the research shows into something people can use every day.
His interest started with his own health. While he was studying neuroscience at Duke University, doctors found a tumour in his pituitary that had been disrupting his hormones for years. It set the direction of his work: learning how the body makes energy and hormones, and what supports it. He graduated in 2011.
He began writing about what he learned in 2012. His books include The Thermo Diet (2022), Master Your T (2016) and The THOR Program (2016), the last two with Ali Kuoppala, and The Testosterone Chef, by Emily Ness with Christopher Walker and Ali Kuoppala. He co-hosted the Road To Ripped podcast with Greg O'Gallagher from 2013 to 2014, and again in 2017 and 2018.
Today he is building Monthlees and its approach to adaptive supplementation, and researching his next book, The Nutrient Code. He shares what he's reading, learning and building in his newsletter, Notes from Christopher.
